Mock Audit Interview

The Mock Audit Interview is an audit-readiness rehearsal. Watney poses the questions an external auditor or assessor would actually ask — weighted toward your weakest and least-evidenced areas — and rates how ready you are to answer each from what you've documented, with a note on what's missing.

How it works

1. Open Mock audit in the sidebar (or press <kbd>g</kbd> then <kbd>o</kbd>).
2. Click Start interview (or press <kbd>r</kbd> on the page). Watney generates 8–10 auditor-style questions.
3. Each question shows a readiness rating — Ready, Partial, or Gap — the program area, why an auditor asks it, and what you'd need to be fully ready.
4. Re-run any time to refresh against your latest data; the last drill is saved so you can revisit it.

Grounding & safety

• Built from your compliance-score dimensions, your deterministic evidence gaps, and aggregate finding/policy counts. No free text your team typed and no evidence file contents are sent to the model.
• Readiness ratings are advisory and every "missing" note is grounded in your actual gaps; Watney won't invent requirements your data doesn't support.
• It's a rehearsal, not a guarantee — verify each gap against your records.
