Scheduled Reports

Scheduled Reports email a recurring compliance summary to the people who need to see the numbers but don't log in — executives, a board, an outside advisor. It's under Reports → Scheduled Reports and is available to org admins when the feature is enabled for your organization (Settings → Organization → Features).

What gets sent

Each schedule delivers one of two reports:

• Compliance summary — your overall compliance score, grade, and the per-dimension breakdown, with open-findings and overdue-task counts.
• Gap analysis — your largest gaps, worst-first, each with the next action to close it.

Every email contains aggregates only — scores, counts, and category labels. It never includes assessment answers, evidence, or the free text your team typed, so it's safe to send to recipients outside the app.

Setting one up

1. Click New Schedule.
2. Choose the report and a cadence — weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
3. Enter up to 10 recipient email addresses (comma- or line-separated). Recipients don't need an account.

The first email goes out on the next daily send after you create the schedule, then repeats on the cadence you chose.

Managing schedules

• Pause / Resume stops and restarts delivery without losing the schedule.
• Delete removes it; recipients stop receiving it immediately.
• The list shows each schedule's report, cadence, recipient count, and when it last sent.

Notes

• The board/compliance summary requires a plan that includes it; if your plan changes, an affected schedule quietly pauses rather than sending a report your plan no longer covers.
• Delivery depends on the daily report cron being scheduled on the server.
